Samples
1)Condition of Provide: After confirming,the main terms of the order,such as Code No., Description, Price, Quantity, terms of payment etc.
2) Function: As the final confirming of samples and quality.
3) Burden of fee:
a. Fee of samples is borne by the seller (Those products with relatively high value should be paid by the buyer.
b. Postage of samples is borne by the buyer.
Liability of the buyer: Supply a account No. of anyone of the following international express organization with paid by receiver agreement:DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS.
Quality
About the achievement of function, confirmation of exterior,and the security or quality problems of package, the following terms are suggested for you to choose:.
1) Check and accept base on the samples;
2) Base on samples and photo, character description of the product is as complement for check and accept;
3) According to the Inspection standard of Export Commodities in LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON IMPORT AND EXPORT COMMODITY INSPECTION
Time of Delivery
Quantity of a 20 feet container needs 14 days more or less of produce times.
Quantity of a 40 feet container needs 20 days more or less of produce times.
But the exact time of delivery must accord to the actual produce condition of idiographic product at that time.
Transport
Accord to the explanation of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Terms 2000:
1)Under the condition of C.I.F and C&F, the seller in charge of delivery;
2) Under the condition of F.O.B , the buyer in charge of delivery;
When necessary, we will assist to settle down sea transportation and land-carriage,and offer the service of assisting deal with the processes.

Quantity for Container
1. If you order a 20 foot container, We can load about 28 Cubic Meter (CBM),(About 110 Cartons)
2. If you order a 40 foot container, We can load about 58 Cubic Meter (CBM),(About 300 Cartons)
3. If you order a 40 HQ container, We can load about 68 Cubic Meter (CBM),(About 350 Cartons).
Terms of PaymentBased on international customs:
(1) T/T (Company bank account) at order confirmation.
(2) Irrevocable letter of credit at sight (L/C at sight)
(3) Deposit and Collection:
a. Deposit: 30％ (Cash, Telegraphic Transfer T/T)
b. T/T against the copies of the shipping documents by fax, or D/P at sight.: 70% (T/T, D/P At sight)
